Southern Oasis Homecare provides skilled and non-skilled nursing services, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care, as well as 24-hour live-in support. Our goal is to deliver safe, reliable, and personalized care in the comfort of your home or care facility.

We offer both intermittent and continuous care tailored to each client’s needs. All caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate service. We support clients at home, in hospitals, or in assisted living facilities.

Provided by CNAs and HHAs:

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Feeding assistance

• Transportation, errands, and companionship
• Respite care and travel companion services
• Assistance with pet care

Registered Nurses (RN)
Deliver comprehensive, individualized medical care and coordinate closely with physicians to adjust care as needed.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration and wound treatment under physician direction.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) & Home Health Aides (HHA)
Assist with daily living activities while promoting safety, comfort, and independence.

Homemaker, Companion & Sitter Services
Offer light housekeeping, supervision, companionship, and support to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
